TCG MarketOS is a local-first trading-card inventory and dealer companion. It does not contain advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

Data stored by TCG MarketOS

The iPhone app stores pairing settings, cached inventory, optional price alerts, and pending offline actions on the device. The paired desktop stores inventory, card images, pricing history, marketplace references, backups, and diagnostic logs. Review Demo Mode contains sample data only.

Camera, photos, and local network

Camera and photo access are used only when a user initiates a card scan or chooses an image. Scan images are sent to the paired private MarketOS server. Local-network access is used to synchronize with that server.

Third-party providers

TCG MarketOS contacts catalog, pricing, recognition, grading, shipping, retailer, or marketplace providers only when a user configures or invokes those features. Provider credentials remain in the user-controlled environment and are not embedded in the iPhone app. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Users can remove pairing information, cached inventory, alerts, and pending actions from the iPhone under More → Privacy, Support & Data. Desktop inventory and backups can be managed or restored from MarketOS. Marketplace records remain subject to the applicable marketplace account and policies.

To remove all local TCG MarketOS data, first create or verify any backup you want to keep. Removing the iPhone app clears its local cache and pairing settings. On the paired desktop, use Data Safety & Migration to create a final verified backup, then follow the support instructions for removing the local workspace. Deleting local MarketOS data does not delete records held by eBay, shipping carriers, retailers, grading services, or other connected providers.

Security and diagnostics

Diagnostic logs stay local unless the user chooses to share them. Credentials and authentication tokens are not included in ordinary diagnostic exports. Users should still review any exported file before sharing it.
